Success Is Never Individual: Beyond the Podium and the Medal.

October 2025- In our professional day-to-day, we face long calls, tight deadlines, and processes that must be resolved within demanding frameworks. However, what really makes the difference is not only the activity we perform but with whom we share it.

The support of the people around us, mutual respect, and the ability to collaborate with empathy and commitment are the factors that sustain results, even in the most complex moments. These values are just as important in work projects as in any other area of life

This 2025 is turning out to be a year full of milestones. Professionally, new certifications and work challenges still await me, requiring the same discipline, consistency, and teamwork that I apply in sports. And in sports, I have been able to achieve goals such as Hyrox Bilbao February, Deka Mile July, Deka Strong (where this past weekend I won first place in my category 🏆).

That result made me reflect: success is never individual. Both in professional projects and in sports competitions, achievement depends on the support and the values practiced within the team: respect, empathy, collaboration, commitment, trust, and shared vision.

The podium and the medal are just symbols; what is truly valuable are the bonds, the learning, and the shared journey.

And the best part is that the year is not over yet. More goals lie ahead: professional certifications, celebrations that bring us together (Halloween, Christmas), and new sports challenges such as Deka Fit October 2025 and Hyrox November 2025, which will continue to test discipline and teamwork.

I am grateful for both failures and successes, because all of them have made me who I am.

Life is an ecosystem of facets that nurture one another, and that is what allows us to grow and shine — in work, in personal life, and in sports.
